Terms of Service
I only accept payment via PayPal or DeviantArt points.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without question.
I will only do refunds before I have started the commission. I do not do them after I have started (when I have sent the sketch out for approval).
I require full payment before I start the commission, unless we have discussed a payment plan.
I will fix minor mistakes for no charge.
I need a clear digital reference, I do not take written descriptions or traditional art as a reference. You must also have a proper reference sheet, not a collection of art.
You may use my art on other sites with visible credit in the main post.
You may not crop my signature(s) out of the art.
You may not make a profit from any of my drawings.
Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibted.
My commissions are not done on a first come first served basis.
Design Terms of Service
Do not resell for a higher price unless it has additional artwork.
Commercial use of the design is allowed, but you cannot profit off of my original artwork.
